We use your information to provide and improve QuoteJini, send transactional emails (quote delivery, account notifications), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Quote PDFs are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
4. Third-Party Services
QuoteJini integrates with third-party services including Jobber (job management), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each service has its own privacy policy and handles data according to their terms.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security on all database tables, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@quotejini.com. We will respond within 30 days.

QuoteJini is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
